During the months of summer we are opened for lunch. You can choose between two set lunch menus or a daily barbecue platter.

Ob Black Angus Beef, Bison Heritage oder Swiss Dry Aged Gourmet «Grand Cru»: Fleischliebhaber geniessen im schönsten Keller der Murtener Altstadt höchste Metzger-Handwerkskunst. Alternativ bieten wir Ihnen ein breites Angebot an Käse Fondues. Die hauseigene Käsemischung hat sich weitum einen Namen gemacht und gilt als das «Freiburger Original». Ein Traum.
Unser Hauptaugenmerk liegt auf der Verarbeitung vorwiegend lokaler und regionaler Produkte.
Genuine fondue
Our famous home made blend consists of two different types of Freiburger Vacherins AOC (3 and 6 month old) and three types of Gruyère AOC (8, 13 and 22 month old). Served with bread and potatoes.
Meat on the hot slate
Certified Black Angus Beef and Bison Heritage meat of extraordinary quality! Served with crispy baked potatoes, fried potatoes or rustic French fries.
Swiss Gourmet Grand Cru
For true meat lovers: Dry Aged Swiss Gourmet Grand Cru meats are matured on the bone for 8 weeks by 2°C and 80% humidity on Siberian fir tree shelves. Produced according to traditional butchery techniques. A true delight!
Meringues from the wood stove
Our meringues are baked gently and slowly for 3 hours in a wood stove by Granny Seydoux and her son.
True to our philosophy, we offer a wide range of local wines, brandies and spirits, especially the famous Gunzwiler liquors made by Urs Hecht, several times awarded best Swiss distiller of the year. Don't forget to taste our traditional Vully beers.
